Please review all terms and policies carefully. 

By signing up for the Dance & Movement Retreat, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A retreat is a big investment for you, as it is for us. But we do believe in sticking to our commitments and we encourage you to jump in with both feet. We also understand that life is unpredictable, especially with the current COVID situation. If you find yourself unable to join the retreat for a valid reason we have put following regulations in place to make you feel secure. 

The 200 Euros deposit is securing your place and is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Payment in full is required for the completion of your registration latest by the 28th of July 2023.

We understand that things happen, so cancellations made before the 28th of July 2023 will receive a full refund, minus the 200 Euros non-refundable deposit. 

No refunds will be issued after the 28th of July 2023. 

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY 2023

In the event that borders close in your location or the retreat’s location and we are unable to travel due to government regulations only, we will cancel the retreat and you will receive a full refund, minus the 200 Euros non-refundable deposit. 

Flights, additional accommodations, transportation costs or travel expenses are not refunded in any situation. We strongly recommend to use travel insurance so the travel costs will be covered by your insurance company in this case. 

We adhere to the health recommendations of the local government.

CANCELLATION POLICY


If we need to cancel the retreat for reasons including: illness, physical deterioration or family emergency, you will receive a full refund. 

The retreat needs a minimum of 7 participant sign-up in order to run. If we have not met the minimum registrations by the 28th of July 2023 we reserve the right to cancel the event. In this case you will receive a full refund. 

In case the retreat must be cancelled due to a natural disaster, act of terrorism, political unrest or any other situation making travel to the location impossible and/or too dangerous, you will receive a full refund minus the 200 Euros non-refundable deposit.

Flights, additional accommodations, transportation costs or travel expenses are not refunded in any situation. These agreements are between you and the provider/travel agent/broker and us, “Dance- Therapy- Yoga”, is not responsible for them.

DISCLAIMERS

  • The total cost listed on the website is per person in Euros and does not include airfare to the destination airport and airport transfer to and from the location of the retreat.
  • “Dance- Therapy- Yoga”, is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing items while traveling to, traveling from, or on the retreat.
  • “Dance- Therapy- Yoga”, is not responsible for airline cancellations, missed flights or transportation issues prior to or after the retreat.
  • All reservation & bookings are first come, first served.
  • We do not hold spots or rooms without a deposit for any length of time.
  • A valid passport or ID is required if you are leaving your home country to attend a retreat. Make sure you have at least 6 months until its expiration.
  • All deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Travel insurance is not included in the price of the retreat but is highly recommended for ultimate protection
  • You must pay your retreat balance by the 28th of July 2023. If the retreat balance is not received in full by the 28th of July 2023, “Dance- Therapy – Yoga”reserves the right to cancel the booking and fill the space without a refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel booking without refund and/or refuse service to any participant who displays or is said to display violent behaviour of any kind before or during the retreat.
  • You must sign and return a liability waiver a week before the first day of the retreat. This will be emailed to you a few weeks before.

By paying your deposit for the retreat, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions.
